If you feel stressed-out much of the time, the best remedy is not something you will find in your medicine cabinet. A much better remedy is to spend time in nature.

Consider the words of Henry David Thoreau, famed nineteenth-century author of Walden about the two years he spent at Walden Pond.

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.
