If you feel stressed-out, one way to relieve stress is to stretch your body.

The word stress means “constriction.” One of the ways to describe what stressed-out feels like is “up-tight.” When you feel stressed-out, you are constricted in many ways. Your body is tight, your thinking is limited, and your emotions squeeze you into a feeling that you don’t have any choices.

If you are up-tight, stressed-out, squeezed, or limited in any way, the best solution is to expand your body, your mind, and your emotions.
